Happy Tuesday!
A great second day of our
skiing residency. Students learned important skills in stopping and how to
climb back up a small hill. They also had
some fun ‘towing’ their partner around the field.
In math today, students were
practicing determining the lowest common multiple and creating equivalent fractions. While playing ‘Fraction
War’ students had to determine the lowest multiple, and then create equivalent fractions with the same denominator in order to determine who won each round.
Tomorrow is the last day of
our skiing residency. Students will also be writing their unit test for
Magnetism & Electricity and the Scoop Troop spelling group has a quiz on
their current spelling words.
