Happy Wednesday!
Today students finished up
with their skiing residency and completed an obstacle course of challenges. It
was a great last day and many students expressed their enjoyment of the
program. Brochures will be sent home tomorrow to any families interested in
learning more about cross-country ski options through the Foothills Nordic Ski
Club.
Today in math, students
continued their work with equivalent fractions and started the day with a challenging
question which required them to determine three fractions between the values of
½ and 1. Students approached the problem
in a variety of way (and calculations) and presented their results to
classmates.
