Today in Social Studies, we
continued to prepare for our student vote election this Friday. Today in class,
students accessed Youth Vote Compass
which is a political spectrum tool. It helps young people
familiarize themselves with federal political issues and different ideological
positions. At the end of the survey, the tool indicates your position on the
political spectrum so that you can see where you fit compared to the general
public and the political parties. Additionally, you can view how each question
compares with others who have also answered the survey.
Parents, if you are interested in taking
your own survey, access Vote Compass
to determine you how your views align with those of the candidates running in the 2019
Federal Election. Enjoy!
