Today in math, our learning objective was for students to accurately utilize the standard algorithm for double-digit multiplication.

In social studies, students continued to work on highlighting the right of Canadians. Most students have completed their edited draft and are working on their poster.  As a class, we created the following criteria:

• Visually looks nice – neat printing
• Information is organized
• Sections should be separated so information is clear
• Add visuals to make it engaging for readers (they want to read)
• Free of errors (spelling, capitalization, punctuation)
• Add colour to make it ‘pop’
• Letters should be large enough to read from a small distance  

Finished posters will be displayed around the school once complete.
