Today was a great first day back to school! Students had the opportunity to learn routines, be creative with loose parts, and practice mathematical operations through game play. We also explored the concept of what it means to be 'A Great Classmate.' Students collaborated in groups to identify key attributes that will support our work together, and then shared their lists with the rest of the class. As a classroom community, we all have a good understanding of how we can effectively work and grow together as a learning community.
At the end of the day, students were provided their 'Welcome Home Packages,' which they should have placed in their back pack. Please review and complete required materials. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call or email.
