Happy Monday!

In ELA today, students continued to work on their persuasive argument about having homework over the winter break. Students demonstrated their editing skills by underlining their subordinate conjunctions and highlighting their capital letters and punctuation. Several students also starting working on their Reader’s Theatre script that they will be performing for other classes this Thursday.

In science today, students started experimenting with simple circuits Partners were challenged to create an open circuit using a light and a switch. Students will be using their knowledge of circuitry and electrical symbols to document their understanding within their visual journal.
